Julia Jakob is a member of the Board of Directors of Prio Partners AG. As former Co-Managing Director of SwissFoundations and her many years of involvement at the Centre for Foundation Law at the University of Zurich, she is a proven expert in the field of foundations and philanthropy. With her experience as a foundation board member and managing director of various Swiss foundations, she understands the objectives and needs of founders, foundations and the challenges in the field of philanthropy. She has been working independently as a foundation and philanthropy consultant in Zurich since 2024 and is co-founder and managing director of Jakob Advisory GmbH. Julia Jakob studied law at the University of Munich, where she worked as a judge and government councillor. She will contribute her expertise to Prio Partners in the future.

Pascal Cettier has extensive experience in the investment sector and in advising family offices and institutional clients. After completing his studies at the University of St. Gallen, he worked for many years in management positions at Wegelin & Co. private bankers, in the Investment Office and Asset Management, and later as Head of Family Office Services & Advisory and Sustainable Investments at the bank. Most recently, Pascal Cettier held various management positions at one of Europe's largest family offices and its charitable foundation. Most recently as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors with responsibility for several billion EUR AuM and a global investment spectrum.

Daniel Leveau has over 20 years of experience in private and institutional asset management, with key positions as Chairman, CEO, Head of Portfolio Management and Fund Manager. As a partner of Wegelin & Co. private bankers, he was Deputy Head of Asset Management with responsibility for several billion AuM and the management of innovative indexing strategies. He then headed 1741 Asset Management AG as CEO and Head of Portfolio Management. He studied at Lund University and the University of St. Gallen.

Dr Rudolf K. Sprüngli is a successful entrepreneur and experienced board member. He represents the interests of the Sprüngli family on the Board of Directors of Lindt&Sprüngli AG and other companies in the real estate, M&A and food industries. As part of a family history rooted in tradition and with his openness to new ideas, Dr Rudolf K. Sprüngli unites important values of Prio Partners. As a member of the Board of Directors of Prio Partners AG, he contributes his experience as a strategist, investor and management consultant.

Dr. Franziska v. Ungern-Sternberg is a trustworthy interlocutor for important entrepreneurial families and wealthy private individuals. She connects people and has a feel for challenging situations and opportunities that arise. Franziska v. Ungern-Sternberg has many years of experience in private banking and is an art historian, author and entrepreneur with a doctorate. As a member of the Advisory Board of the Prio Partners Family Office, she contributes her knowledge and knowledge to the advantage of our customers.

Franco Morra is a recognised financial expert with over 25 years of experience in the banking and consulting industry. He was CEO of UBS Switzerland and HSBC Private Banking Switzerland and held leading positions at the Boston Consulting Group. Today, he is Chairman of the Board of Directors of a Swiss banking group and is in demand as an independent expert. Franco Morra holds a doctorate in economics from the University of St. Gallen. With his strategic foresight, his profound knowledge of the Swiss financial centre and his pronounced entrepreneurial thinking, he supports Prio Partners as Chairman of the Advisory Board in its long-term orientation and further development.

Prof Dr Thorsten Hens is Professor of Financial Economics at the University of Zurich. Thorsten Hens has been a member of the Board of Directors of the renowned Banking and Finance Institute at the University of Zurich since 2009. He is particularly interested in the psychology of investing (behavioural finance) and its application in wealth management. Among other things, Thorsten Hens is the founder of Behavioural Finance Solutions, a spin-off of the University of Zurich and the University of St. Gallen that researches and implements innovative solutions for the financial markets. Thorsten Hens is also Associate Professor of Finance at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and the Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen. He is a member of the following associations: American Finance Association, CFA, Royal Economic Society, Research Fellow Swiss Finance Institute, European Finance Association, Swiss Society of Economics and Statistics, Swiss Society for Financial Market Research, Econometric Society, European Economic Association, Economic Theory Council of the German Economic Association, Swiss Fintech Innovations.

Birgit Pestalozzi has more than twenty years of professional experience in marketing and communication. She brings her expertise and experience to Prio Partners. She holds a Master's degree in Journalism and Business Administration from the University of Zurich and was recognised as one of the ‘Top 100 Women in Business’ in 2018. Birgit is also a co-founder and board member of the international NPO Swiss Initiative - culture projects and ‘We are climate’ and is also a certified counsellor for positive intelligence and interpersonal relationships.
